I start training today for my first 5K race in Texas. I am not a runner at all. I actually hate to run. But, I need to get in shape and doing a race is a good incentive to get into the gym. I will be doing the Labor of Love 5K in Stonebridge Ranch on Labor Day. I have 8 weeks to go from couch potato to athlete. If you want to do the race too send me an email and I will get you the info.
