Teens will have an opportunity to make a difference in the community by attending the fourth annual Collin County Teen Volunteer Fair from 1 to 3 p.m. on Oct. 4 at Strikz Entertainment Center, 8789 Lebanon Road, hosted by the Volunteer Center of North Texas.
More than 200 teens will rally to learn about the importance of giving back to their community through volunteerism while enjoying fun entertainment with peers, family and friends. Teens will interact with representatives from local nonprofit agencies such as McKinney Performing Arts Center, Frisco Miracle League, CITY House, Share A Smile and NewStart Angel Food to learn about their organizations and how they can help make a difference.
